(1,465 reviews) The rooms need alot of work. The rooms are not only outdated but they need maintenance. Alot of broken things in the bathroom for example like the glass tiles, outlets, towel hanger by the balcony etc. Our room smelled humid, my clothes left with that smell. We had 3 rooms reserved in the hotel and all 3 rooms looked as bad. Food was amazing!!!! The hotel not only has quantity but quality and the staff was so attentive! Entertainment was great! I give this hotel a 3.5 because of how the rooms looked and how outdated the hotel looks compared to the other side. Also I recommend to add a few more beach chairs by the beach area. We definitely want to come back but stay of the other side of the hotel, it was so much nicer than the side we stayed in. We love Costa Rica!
